GRILL BLACK PEPPER LAMB

We went to my brother in-law's house in shah alam (doa selamat feast)...and suddenly, I became 'celebrity chef' during my days over there (hehhee!)... That night, I felt like cooking and I offered myself to cook for the whole family of about 20 ... lamb & chicken. So here is one of my personal receipe for that night.
Try it, insyaAllah u will luv it! My friends and families confirmed to love it ... some of them already 'booked' me for our next meeting! believe it or not ...

Ingredient A:

Cinnamon powder
'Jintan Manis' powder
'Jintan Putih' powder
Course Black pepper - alot!
Oyster Souce
Soy Souce

Red Onion -blend
Garlic - blend
Ginger - blend
Lemon Grass -blend

Honey/sugar -optional
mustard - optional
chilli powder -optional
Mixed spice powder - optional
BBQ sauce -optional


Ingredient B:
Pepper -dice
Carrot - dice
Onion - dice
Celery - cut
(any kind of vegetables...)

Ingredient C:

Lamb Meat (actually u can use any kind of meat)-dice



Steps:
This is the easiest receipe, believe it or not! No specific measurement needed, if u like tangy + spicy + hot ...then pun everything in large quantity, otherwise less.
Njoy cooking !


Mixed A + B
Marinate A + B (optional)
Then use non-stick pan (if possible), use medium flame and put A+B into it
Put the lid on.
Leave it to cook till it looks like it is being 'BBQ' (a bit burn + dry)... don't forget to turn it over a few times .


Finally, put C and fry it till it is a bit 'burn' ...mixed everything up.
